The first photo was taken when our team initially viewed this property, as the owner was about to move out. The second photo, taken when vacant, revealed damaged carpeting that was in need of replacement.

We managed an extensive property renewal project which included updating of flooring, paint, and light fixtures, in addition to overseeing plumbers, heating specialists, landscapers, professional cleaners, electricians and other tradespeople. After completion of all updates, we proudly showcased this 1900 square foot townhome.

The results? After paying ALL expenses, the listing agent  estimated that the owner walked away with an extra $20,000-$30,000 over selling the property in ‘AS IS’ condition! And our team did all the work for the seller! A Win-Win situation for everyone involved!
