We have been in Real Estate for many years without offering staging services. Recently, after seeing a TV program, I decided to explore the opportunity. I confess, I had no idea how to choose a good stager. How would one go about that? Long story short, the stager I referred to the seller recommended the bathroom be gutted! They were as shocked as I was. This can’t be right. Please help shed some light on this.
