Stand across the street from your house (where buyers usually park) and look at what they will see.
Does the house appear to be clean, tidy and maintenance free? Do you have any trees that need to be trimmed? Is the grass cut and nicely edged? Have you removed all weeds and leaves? Are there any toys or lawn equipment that need to be put away?
Walk towards the house and around the outside.
Are the windows sparkling clean? Have you pressure washed the porches and decks? Is there any moss on the patio that needs to be removed? Are there any spider webs that need to be removed?
